New Lead in Zoho CRM
Triggers when a new lead is created. If you are on a paid plan for the Zoho CRM then it is advisable to use New Module Entry (Instant) trigger.
Then this action happens in Slack
Send Channel Message in Slack
Post a new message to a specific #channel you choose. Can also schedule a message for later.
How to set up this workflow
This guide contains information on how to set up an automatic workflow that allows to Send a new Slack channel message when a new lead is added to Zoho CRM.
Part I
Configure Applications
First, we need to connect Zoho CRM and Slack to Zapier.
Create Zapier account.
Create Zapier account if you don't have one.
Connect Zoho CRM to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Zoho CRM account, using Zoho CRM credentials.
Connect Slack to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Slack account, using Slack credentials.

Build an integration workflow

Set up a Trigger action for Zoho CRM
Choose the following trigger: New Lead (Triggers when a new lead is created. If you are on a paid plan for the Zoho CRM then it is advisable to use New Module Entry (Instant) trigger.).
Then set up an Action for Slack
Choose this action: Send Channel Message (Post a new message to a specific #channel you choose. Can also schedule a message for later.).
Part III
Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
Customize data flow
Configure the data that is exchanged between Zoho CRM and Slack.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
