This automation scenario allows you to connect Twitter, MonkeyLearn, and Zoho Desk.
It can be build using Integromat, a no-code workflow automation tool. Integromat allows you to create automated bots using a simple drag-and-drop interface for non-technical users. This is a ready-made scenario, but it can be customized by adding more apps, actions, filters or branches.

Part I
First, we need to connect Twitter, MonkeyLearn and Zoho Desk to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.
Create Make.com account if you don't have one.
Connect Twitter to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Twitter account, using Twitter credentials.
Connect MonkeyLearn to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your MonkeyLearn account, using MonkeyLearn credentials.
Connect Zoho Desk to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Zoho Desk account, using Zoho Desk credentials.
Part II
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.
Set up a Trigger action for Twitter
Choose the following trigger: Watch Mentions (Triggers when a user being watched is mentioned in a post.).
Then set up an Action for MonkeyLearn
Choose this action: Classify Text (Classifies the text with a given classifier.).
Then set up another Action for Twitter
Choose this action: Get a User (Returns a variety of information about the user specified by ID or screen name parameter.).
Then set up another Action for Zoho Desk
Choose this action: Create an Object (Creates an object based on a selected module (ex: create an account, create a contact, create a ticket ...).).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between Twitter, MonkeyLearn and Zoho Desk.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Create Zoho Desk tickets from negative tweets (using MonkeyLearn's sentiment analysis)!
