This trigger fires when you send a photo to the @IFTTT bot on Telegram.
Then this action happens in OneDrive
Add file from URL in OneDrive
This Action will download a file at a given URL and add it to OneDrive at the path you specify. NOTE: 30 MB file size limit.

Configure Applications

Choose the following trigger: New photo to @IFTTT on Telegram (This trigger fires when you send a photo to the @IFTTT bot on Telegram.).
Then set up an Action for OneDrive
Choose this action: Add file from URL (This Action will download a file at a given URL and add it to OneDrive at the path you specify. NOTE: 30 MB file size limit.).

Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
