Part I
First, we need to connect Salesforce and ActiveCampaign to Zapier.
Create Zapier account.
Create Zapier account if you don't have one.
Connect Salesforce to Zapier.

Choose this action: Create or Update Contact (Creates a new contact, or updates an existing contact.).
