Archive Trello cards once the corresponding Lokalise tasks close

First, we need to connect Lokalise and Trello to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Connect Lokalise to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Lokalise account, using Lokalise credentials.

  Connect Trello to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Trello account, using Trello credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Lokalise

  Choose the following trigger: Task Closed (Triggers when a task is closed.).

  Then set up an Action for Trello

  Choose this action: Find Card (Finds a card in your Trello organization by name, given a specified board and list. Does not search archived cards.).

  Then set up another Action for Trello

  Choose this action: Archive Card (Archives a card.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Lokalise and Trello.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
