Then set up an Action for Salesforce

Then set up another Action for JotForm
Choose this action: New Submission (Triggers when a new submission has been added to a specific form.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
Customize data flow
Configure the data that is exchanged between JotForm and Salesforce.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Add new Jotform form entries to Salesforce as leads!
