Part I
First, we need to connect HubSpot and Salesforce to Zapier.
Create Zapier account.
Create Zapier account if you don't have one.
Connect HubSpot to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your HubSpot account, using HubSpot credentials.
Connect Salesforce to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Salesforce account, using Salesforce credentials.
Part II
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.
Set up a Trigger action for HubSpot
Choose the following trigger: New Contact in List Deprecated (Triggers when a contact is added to the specified list. _(Marketing Hub Starter plans and above)_.).
Then set up an Action for Salesforce
Choose this action: Find Record (Finds a record of a specified Salesforce object by up to two fields and values you choose.).
Then set up another Action for Salesforce
Choose this action: Update Record (Updates an existing record for a specified Salesforce object (ie. Contact, Lead, Opportunity, etc.).).
Then set up another Action for HubSpot
Choose this action: New Contact in List (Triggers when a contact is added to the specified list. _(Marketing Hub Starter plans and above)_.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between HubSpot and Salesforce.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
