This guide contains information on how to set up an automatic workflow that allows to Send Delighted surveys for new rows in Google Sheets.
Part I
First, we need to connect Google Sheets and Delighted to Zapier.
Create Zapier account.
Create Zapier account if you don't have one.
Connect Google Sheets to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Google Sheets account, using Google Sheets credentials.
Connect Delighted to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Delighted account, using Delighted credentials.
Part II
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.
Set up a Trigger action for Google Sheets
Choose the following trigger: New or Updated Spreadsheet Row (Triggered when a new row is added or modified in a spreadsheet.).
Then set up an Action for Delighted
Choose this action: Send Email Survey (Sends an Email platform survey).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between Google Sheets and Delighted.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Send Delighted surveys for new rows in Google Sheets!

Sending to people
Sends an Email platform survey
Creates or updates a person and schedules a survey email.
Creates a response in Delighted. This should only be used if programmatically adding responses to Delighted (ex. using our Add Person + Add Response Zaps). Otherwise, use our "Send Email Survey" or "Send SMS Survey" Actions to dispatch a survey. Adding responses requires a person ID and score at minimum.
Finds a Person record in your Delighted instance. Not required if you're adding a person using the "Add Person" Action.
Creates a person in Delighted but does not send a survey. Only use this Action if you plan on programmatically adding responses to Delighted. Otherwise, use our Actions for "Send Email Survey" or "Send SMS Survey" to actually dispatch a survey.
