This automation scenario allows you to connect Google Forms, eversign, and Google Drive.
It can be build using Integromat, a no-code workflow automation tool. Integromat allows you to create automated bots using a simple drag-and-drop interface for non-technical users. This is a ready-made scenario, but it can be customized by adding more apps, actions, filters or branches.

Part I
First, we need to connect Google Forms, eversign and Google Drive to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.
Create Make.com account if you don't have one.
Connect Google Forms to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Google Forms account, using Google Forms credentials.
Connect eversign to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your eversign account, using eversign credentials.
Connect Google Drive to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Google Drive account, using Google Drive credentials.
Part II
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.
Set up a Trigger action for Google Forms
Choose the following trigger: Watch Responses in Google Sheets (Watches for new responses in the Google Sheets table.).
Then set up an Action for eversign
Choose this action: Use a Template (Creates a document from a selected template.).
Then set up another Action for eversign
Choose this action: Download an Original Document (Downloads an original pdf.).
Then set up another Action for Google Drive
Choose this action: Upload a File (Uploads a new file.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
