This automation scenario allows you to connect Airtable, Google Docs, and Gmail.
It can be build using Integromat, a no-code workflow automation tool. Integromat allows you to create automated bots using a simple drag-and-drop interface for non-technical users. This is a ready-made scenario, but it can be customized by adding more apps, actions, filters or branches.

First, we need to connect Airtable, Google Docs and Gmail to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.
Create Make.com account if you don't have one.
Connect Airtable to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Airtable account, using Airtable credentials.
Connect Google Docs to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Google Docs account, using Google Docs credentials.
Connect Gmail to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Gmail account, using Gmail credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.
Set up a Trigger action for Airtable
Choose the following trigger: Watch Records (Returns all newly created or updated records in a view (requires "Created Time" or "Last Modified Time" fields).).
Then set up an Action for Google Docs
Choose this action: Create a Document from a Template (Creates a copy of an existing template document and replaces any tags e.g. {{!notfound:name}}, {{!notfound:email}}. This module also allows users to replace images by new images with URLs.).
Then set up another Action for Google Docs
Choose this action: Download a Document (Downloads a document to a required format.).
Then set up another Action for Gmail
Choose this action: Send an Email (Sends a new email.).
