Send Discord messages with new Google Forms responses

First, we need to connect Google Forms and Discord to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Google Forms to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Google Forms account, using Google Forms credentials.

• 

  Connect Discord to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Discord account, using Discord credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Google Forms

  Choose the following trigger: New Response in Spreadsheet (Triggered when a new response row is added to the bottom of a spreadsheet.).

  Then set up an Action for Discord

  Choose this action: Send Channel Message (Post a new message to a specific #channel you choose.).

• Then set up another Action for Google Forms

  Choose this action: New Form Response (Triggers when a new form response is received.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Google Forms and Discord.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use

  Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Send Discord messages with new Google Forms responses!
