Slack Notification for New Record in Airtable Base

First, we need to connect Airtable and Slack to IFTTT.

  Choose the following trigger: New record created (This Trigger fires every time a new record is created in a table. You can optionally configure it to only fire when a record appears in a specific view.).

  Then set up an Action for Slack

  Choose this action: Post to channel (This Action will post a message to the channel you choose in Slack.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Airtable and Slack.
