Part I
First, we need to connect Airtable, Zoom and Email to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.
Create Make.com account if you don't have one.
Connect Airtable to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Airtable account, using Airtable credentials.
Connect Zoom to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Zoom account, using Zoom credentials.
Connect Email to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Email account, using Email credentials.

Set up a Trigger action for Airtable
Choose the following trigger: Watch Records (Returns all newly created or updated records in a view (requires "Created Time" or "Last Modified Time" fields).).
Then set up an Action for Zoom
Choose this action: Create a Meeting (Creates a meeting for a user.).
Then set up another Action for Email
Choose this action: Send an Email (Sends a new email.).
