Create new Follow Up Boss contacts from new Google Contacts

First, we need to connect Google Contacts and Follow Up Boss to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

• 

  Connect Google Contacts to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Google Contacts account, using Google Contacts credentials.

• 

  Connect Follow Up Boss to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Follow Up Boss account, using Follow Up Boss credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Google Contacts

  Choose the following trigger: New or Updated Contact (Triggers when a contact is created or updated.).

• 

  Then set up an Action for Follow Up Boss

  Choose this action: Create or Update Contact Without Triggering Action Plans (Creates a new contact in Follow Up Boss or updates an existing one. IMPORTANT: This will not trigger action plans!).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Google Contacts and Follow Up Boss.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
