This automation scenario allows you to connect Formstack, Verifalia, and Salesforce.
It can be build using Zapier, a no-code workflow automation tool. Zapier allows you to create automated scripts using a simple drag-and-drop interface for non-technical users. This is a ready-made scenario, but it can be customized by adding more apps, actions, filters or branches.

Part I
First, we need to connect Formstack, Verifalia and Salesforce to Zapier.
Create Zapier account.
Create Zapier account if you don't have one.
Connect Formstack to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Formstack account, using Formstack credentials.
Connect Verifalia to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Verifalia account, using Verifalia credentials.
Connect Salesforce to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Salesforce account, using Salesforce credentials.
Part II
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.
Set up a Trigger action for Formstack
Choose the following trigger: New Form (Legacy) (Triggers when a new form is added.).
Then set up an Action for Verifalia
Choose this action: Verify Email Address (Verifies a single email address and checks if it is properly formatted, really exists and can accept mails, if it is a free or a business mail, flagging spam traps, role accounts, disposable and catch-all addresses - and much more.).
Then set up another Action for Salesforce
Choose this action: Create Record (Creates a new record of a specified Salesforce object (ie. Contact, Lead, Opportunity, etc.).).
Part III
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
Customize data flow
Configure the data that is exchanged between Formstack, Verifalia and Salesforce.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Validate new Formstack leads with Verifalia before sending them to Salesforce!
