Part I
First, we need to connect eSign Genie and Salesforce to Zapier.
Create Zapier account.
Create Zapier account if you don't have one.
Connect eSign Genie to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your eSign Genie account, using eSign Genie credentials.
Connect Salesforce to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Salesforce account, using Salesforce credentials.
Part II
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.
Set up a Trigger action for eSign Genie
Choose the following trigger: Document Signed (Triggers when a Party has signed a Document. In case of a multiparty Documents: You get a separate trigger when each Party Signs the Document. Available for our Paid or Trial Business Premium accounts.).
Then set up an Action for Salesforce
Choose this action: Create Record (Creates a new record of a specified Salesforce object (ie. Contact, Lead, Opportunity, etc.).).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between eSign Genie and Salesforce.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Create Salesforce records for newly signed eSign Genie documents!
