Add new Calendly invites to ProveSource

First, we need to connect Calendly and ProveSource to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Connect Calendly to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Calendly account, using Calendly credentials.

  Connect ProveSource to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your ProveSource account, using ProveSource credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Calendly

  Choose the following trigger: Invitee Created (Triggers when an invitee schedules an event).

  Then set up an Action for ProveSource

  Choose this action: Send Event (Sends the conversion to ProveSource to be displayed as a social proof).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Calendly and ProveSource.
