Create Zoom meetings for new Zoho Bookings appointments

First, we need to connect Zoho Bookings and Zoom to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Zoho Bookings to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Zoho Bookings account, using Zoho Bookings credentials.

  Connect Zoom to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Zoom account, using Zoom credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Zoho Bookings

  Choose the following trigger: Appointment Booked (Triggers when a new appointment is booked.).

  Then set up an Action for Zoom

  Choose this action: Create Meeting (Creates a new Zoom Meeting. (Options not available here will default to user/account Zoom settings.)).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Zoho Bookings and Zoom.
