Add new XING Events attendees to ClickMeeting as registrants

First, we need to connect XING Events and ClickMeeting to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect XING Events to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your XING Events account, using XING Events credentials.

• 

  Connect ClickMeeting to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your ClickMeeting account, using ClickMeeting credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for XING Events

  Choose the following trigger: New Attendee (Triggers when a new attendee registers to one of your events.).

  Then set up an Action for ClickMeeting

  Choose this action: Add New Registrant (A new attendee will be registered to your event.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between XING Events and ClickMeeting.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
