Add new Bizzabo event registrants to GoTo Webinar webinars

First, we need to connect Bizzabo and GoToWebinar to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Bizzabo account, using Bizzabo credentials.

  Connect GoToWebinar to Zapier.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Bizzabo

  Choose the following trigger: New Registrant (Triggers when there is a new registration to an active event.).

  Then set up an Action for GoToWebinar

  Choose this action: Create Registrant (Create a new registrant for a webinar.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Bizzabo and GoToWebinar.
