Part I
First, we need to connect Twitter and Salesforce to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect Twitter to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Twitter account, using Twitter credentials.
Connect Salesforce to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Salesforce account, using Salesforce credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.
Set up a Trigger action for Twitter
Choose the following trigger: New tweet by a specific user (This Trigger fires every time the Twitter user you specify tweets.).
Then set up an Action for Salesforce
Choose this action: Post Chatter message (This Action will post a new message on your Chatter feed or in a group.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between Twitter and Salesforce.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Post in Chatter every time a specific @username tweets!
