Send welcome emails via Office 365 when new contacts are added in Teamleader Focus

First, we need to connect Teamleader and Microsoft Office 365 to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Connect Teamleader to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Teamleader account, using Teamleader credentials.

  Connect Microsoft Office 365 to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Microsoft Office 365 account, using Microsoft Office 365 credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Teamleader

  Choose the following trigger: New Contact (Triggers when a new contact is added.).

  Then set up an Action for Microsoft Office 365

  Choose this action: Send Email (Send an email from your Office 365 account.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Teamleader and Microsoft Office 365.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
