This guide contains information on how to set up an automatic workflow that allows to Create Sertifier certificates for new TalentLMS course completions.
Part I
Configure Applications
First, we need to connect TalentLMS and Sertifier to Zapier.
Create Zapier account.
Create Zapier account if you don't have one.
Connect TalentLMS to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your TalentLMS account, using TalentLMS credentials.
Connect Sertifier to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Sertifier account, using Sertifier credentials.
Part II
Build an integration workflow
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.
Set up a Trigger action for TalentLMS
Choose the following trigger: New Event (Triggers when a new event is produced.).
Then set up an Action for Sertifier
Choose this action: Add & Publish Credential (Adds, and if wanted publishes, a Credential to a Campaign.).

Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between TalentLMS and Sertifier.

This actions checks if any Detail was created with the given data. If there is a Detail already created with the same data, the Delivery of this Detail is returned to use in the next action. If there is none, a corresponding Detail and Delivery is created with the given data and the Id of the new Delivery is returned to use in the next action. This action is used when Details need to be created dynamically but the Recipients for this Detail will be sent one by one. Without this action, a new Detail and Delivery would have to be created every time a credential is issued.
