Create Flodesk subscribers from new Teachable enrollments

First, we need to connect Teachable and Flodesk to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

• 

  Connect Teachable to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Teachable account, using Teachable credentials.

• 

  Connect Flodesk to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Flodesk account, using Flodesk credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Teachable

  Choose the following trigger: New Enrollment (Triggers when a user enrolls in a course. (Note: User's will need to confirm enrollment before the trigger fires if you manually add them to a course).).

• 

  Then set up an Action for Flodesk

  Choose this action: Create/Update Subscriber (Creates a new subscriber or updates an existing one.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Teachable and Flodesk.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use

  Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Create Flodesk subscribers from new Teachable enrollments!
