Update Hubspot contacts from new responses to SurveyMonkey surveys

First, we need to connect SurveyMonkey and HubSpot to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect SurveyMonkey to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your SurveyMonkey account, using SurveyMonkey credentials.

  Connect HubSpot to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your HubSpot account, using HubSpot credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for SurveyMonkey

  Choose the following trigger: New Response Notification With Answers (Triggers a notification when your survey is completed and sends the entire response. Only for SurveyMonkey annual paid users.).

  Then set up an Action for HubSpot

  Choose this action: Create or Update Contact (Creates a new contact or updates an existing contact based on email address.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between SurveyMonkey and HubSpot.
