This guide contains information on how to set up an automatic workflow that allows to Send new Salesforce outbound messages as SendGrid emails.
Part I
Configure Applications
First, we need to connect Salesforce and SendGrid to Zapier.
Create Zapier account.

Connect Salesforce to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Salesforce account, using Salesforce credentials.
Connect SendGrid to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your SendGrid account, using SendGrid credentials.

Build an integration workflow
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.
Set up a Trigger action for Salesforce
Choose the following trigger: New Outbound Message (Triggers when a new outbound message is received in Salesforce.).
Then set up an Action for SendGrid
Choose this action: Send Email (Send an email to one or more recipients.).

Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
Customize data flow
Configure the data that is exchanged between Salesforce and SendGrid.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Send new Salesforce outbound messages as SendGrid emails!
