Part I
First, we need to connect Salesforce and YodelTalk to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.

Give Make.com access to your Salesforce account, using Salesforce credentials.
Connect YodelTalk to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your YodelTalk account, using YodelTalk credentials.

Set up a Trigger action for Salesforce

Then set up an Action for YodelTalk
Choose this action: Create or Update Contact (Creates or updates a contact.).

Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Create or update Yodel.io contacts from Salesforce!
