This automation scenario allows you to connect Salesforce and Email
It can be build using Ifttt, a no-code workflow automation tool. Ifttt allows you to create automated bots using a simple drag-and-drop interface for non-technical users. This is a ready-made scenario, but it can be customized by adding more apps, actions, filters or branches.
Salesforce and Email can also be integrated using automation tools other than ifttt:
When this trigger fires in Salesforce
This Trigger fires within 15 minutes of a record being created or updated on the specified object in Salesforce.
Then this action happens in Email

Part I
First, we need to connect Salesforce and Email to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect Salesforce to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Salesforce account, using Salesforce credentials.
Connect Email to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Email account, using Email credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.
Set up a Trigger action for Salesforce
Choose the following trigger: Record created or updated (This Trigger fires within 15 minutes of a record being created or updated on the specified object in Salesforce.).
Then set up an Action for Email
Choose this action: Send me an email (This Action will send you an HTML based email. Images and links are supported.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between Salesforce and Email.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Salesforce case opened send me email!
