This automation scenario allows you to connect RescueTime and PAVLOK

Part I
First, we need to connect RescueTime and PAVLOK to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect RescueTime to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your RescueTime account, using RescueTime credentials.
Connect PAVLOK to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your PAVLOK account, using PAVLOK credentials.
Part II
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.
Set up a Trigger action for RescueTime
Choose the following trigger: New alert delivered (This Trigger fires every time a RescueTime alert goes off.).
Then set up an Action for PAVLOK
Choose this action: Zap (This Action will give you a mild zap from your Pavlok.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between RescueTime and PAVLOK.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Limit Social Networking sites to 30 min, or else...!
