Get SMS messages for new Google Forms responses

First, we need to connect Google Forms and SMS to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Google Forms to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Google Forms account, using Google Forms credentials.

  Connect SMS to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your SMS account, using SMS credentials.
