How to set up this workflow
This guide contains information on how to set up an automatic workflow that allows to Send SurveySparrow links to emails from Google Forms.
Part I
Configure Applications
First, we need to connect Google Forms, SurveySparrow and Gmail to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.
Create Make.com account if you don't have one.
Connect Google Forms to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Google Forms account, using Google Forms credentials.
Connect SurveySparrow to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your SurveySparrow account, using SurveySparrow credentials.
Connect Gmail to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Gmail account, using Gmail credentials.
Part II
Build an integration workflow
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.
Set up a Trigger action for Google Forms
Choose the following trigger: Watch Responses in Google Sheets (Watches for new responses in the Google Sheets table.).
Then set up an Action for SurveySparrow
Choose this action: Create a Link (Gets the share link of a specific survey).
Then set up another Action for Gmail
Choose this action: Send an Email (Sends a new email.).

Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between Google Forms, SurveySparrow and Gmail.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
