Part I
First, we need to connect Google Forms and Coda to Zapier.
Create Zapier account.

Connect Google Forms to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Google Forms account, using Google Forms credentials.
Connect Coda to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Coda account, using Coda credentials.

Set up a Trigger action for Google Forms
Choose the following trigger: New or Updated Response in Spreadsheet (Triggered when a new response row is added or modified in a spreadsheet.).
Then set up an Action for Coda
Choose this action: Upsert Row (Creates a new row or updates an existing row in the selected table by comparing incoming data against existing rows.).
Then set up another Action for Google Forms
Choose this action: New or Updated Form Response (Triggers when a form response is added or modified.).
