This automation scenario allows you to connect GitHub and Twitter
It can be build using Ifttt, a no-code workflow automation tool. Ifttt allows you to create automated bots using a simple drag-and-drop interface for non-technical users. This is a ready-made scenario, but it can be customized by adding more apps, actions, filters or branches.

When this trigger fires in GitHub
This Trigger fires every time a new repository is created by the username or organization you specify.
Then this action happens in Twitter

Part I
First, we need to connect GitHub and Twitter to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect GitHub to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your GitHub account, using GitHub credentials.
Connect Twitter to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Twitter account, using Twitter credentials.
Part II
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.
Set up a Trigger action for GitHub
Choose the following trigger: New repository by a specific username or organization (This Trigger fires every time a new repository is created by the username or organization you specify.).
Then set up an Action for Twitter
Choose this action: Post a tweet (This Action will post a new tweet to your Twitter account. NOTE: Please adhere to Twitter’s Rules and Terms of Service.).
Part III
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
Customize data flow
Configure the data that is exchanged between GitHub and Twitter.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Tweet when I create a new repository!
Triggers when there is a new tweet matching your search term
Triggers when any user creates a new Tweet that contains a specific search term (like a word, phrase, username or hashtag).
This Trigger fires every time you post a new tweet.
This Trigger fires every time the Twitter user you specify tweets.
Triggers when a user of your choosing gets a new follower.
This Trigger fires every time a new tweet matches your search query. Limited to 10 tweets per check, and protected tweets will not be returned.
Create a new issue.
This Action will create a new issue for the repository you specify.
