Create Zoom meetings for new Eventbrite attendees

First, we need to connect Eventbrite and Zoom to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Eventbrite to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Eventbrite account, using Eventbrite credentials.

  Connect Zoom to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Zoom account, using Zoom credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Eventbrite

  Choose the following trigger: New Attendee Registered (Triggers when an attendee orders a ticket for an event.).

  Then set up an Action for Zoom

  Choose this action: Create Meeting (Creates a new Zoom Meeting. (Options not available here will default to user/account Zoom settings.)).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Eventbrite and Zoom.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
