Email yourself a note card

First, we need to connect Zoho Notebook and Email to IFTTT.

  Create IFTTT account.

  Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.

• 

  Connect Zoho Notebook to IFTTT.

  Give IFTTT access to your Zoho Notebook account, using Zoho Notebook credentials.

• 

  Connect Email to IFTTT.

  Give IFTTT access to your Email account, using Email credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.

• 

  Set up a Trigger action for Zoho Notebook

  Choose the following trigger: New Text notecard in Notebook (This trigger fires whenever a user creates a new Text notecard in a specific notebook).

• 

  Then set up an Action for Email

  Choose this action: Send me an email (This Action will send you an HTML based email. Images and links are supported.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Zoho Notebook and Email.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use

  Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Email yourself a note card!
