Notify in Cliq when there's a new reminder created for a note card

First, we need to connect Zoho Notebook and Zoho Cliq to IFTTT.

  Create IFTTT account.

  Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.

• 

  Connect Zoho Notebook to IFTTT.

  Give IFTTT access to your Zoho Notebook account, using Zoho Notebook credentials.

• 

  Connect Zoho Cliq to IFTTT.

  Give IFTTT access to your Zoho Cliq account, using Zoho Cliq credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.

  Set up a Trigger action for Zoho Notebook

  Choose the following trigger: New Reminder Created (This trigger fires when a new reminder is created).

• 

  Then set up an Action for Zoho Cliq

  Choose this action: Post message in Zoho Cliq (This action posts a message in the selected chat.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

• 

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Zoho Notebook and Zoho Cliq.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use

  Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Notify in Cliq when there's a new reminder created for a note card!
