Create or update Accelo contacts from new Wufoo form entries

First, we need to connect Wufoo and Accelo to Zapier.

  Connect Wufoo to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Wufoo account, using Wufoo credentials.

  Connect Accelo to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Accelo account, using Accelo credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Wufoo

  Choose the following trigger: New Entry (Triggers when someone fills out your form.).

  Then set up an Action for Accelo

  Choose this action: Create/Update Contact (Creates a new contact or updates a contact if it already exists.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Wufoo and Accelo.
