Create/update contacts in ActiveCampaign when WebinarJam / EverWebinar registrants stay for a period of time

First, we need to connect WebinarJam and ActiveCampaign to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect WebinarJam to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your WebinarJam account, using WebinarJam credentials.

• 

  Connect ActiveCampaign to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your ActiveCampaign account, using ActiveCampaign credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for WebinarJam

  Choose the following trigger: Registrants Stays Until (Triggers when a registrant stays in a live webinar past a specific timestamp.).

  Then set up an Action for ActiveCampaign

  Choose this action: Create or Update Contact (Creates a new contact, or updates an existing contact.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between WebinarJam and ActiveCampaign.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use

  Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Create/update contacts in ActiveCampaign when WebinarJam / EverWebinar registrants stay for a period of time!
