Subscribe new Livestorm webinar attendees to Mailchimp lists

First, we need to connect Livestorm and Mailchimp to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

• 

  Connect Livestorm to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Livestorm account, using Livestorm credentials.

• 

  Connect Mailchimp to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Mailchimp account, using Mailchimp credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Livestorm

  Choose the following trigger: New Registrant (Triggers when a new participant register for an Event).

• 

  Then set up an Action for Mailchimp

  Choose this action: Add/Update Subscriber (Add a new subscriber to an audience of your choosing. Can be used to update an existing subscriber too.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Livestorm and Mailchimp.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
