This automation scenario allows you to connect Twitter and Inoreader

Part I
First, we need to connect Twitter and Inoreader to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect Twitter to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Twitter account, using Twitter credentials.
Connect Inoreader to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Inoreader account, using Inoreader credentials.
