This automation scenario allows you to connect Twitter and Flickr
It can be build using Ifttt, a no-code workflow automation tool. Ifttt allows you to create automated bots using a simple drag-and-drop interface for non-technical users. This is a ready-made scenario, but it can be customized by adding more apps, actions, filters or branches.

Twitter and Flickr can also be integrated using automation tools other than ifttt:
When this trigger fires in Twitter
This Trigger fires for every link you tweet. If your tweet has multiple links, it will fire multiple times.
Then this action happens in Flickr
This Action will upload a new public photo, from a given URL to an image, to your Flickr photostream.
This guide contains information on how to set up an automatic workflow that allows to Twit pics -> Flickr account.

Then set up an Action for Flickr
Choose this action: Upload public photo from URL (This Action will upload a new public photo, from a given URL to an image, to your Flickr photostream.).
Part III
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
Customize data flow
Configure the data that is exchanged between Twitter and Flickr.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Twit pics -> Flickr account!
