Track the time you spend in Trello as tasks in Harvest

First, we need to connect Trello and Harvest to IFTTT.

  Create IFTTT account.

  Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.

• 

  Connect Trello to IFTTT.

  Give IFTTT access to your Trello account, using Trello credentials.

• 

  Connect Harvest to IFTTT.

  Give IFTTT access to your Harvest account, using Harvest credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.

  Set up a Trigger action for Trello

  Choose the following trigger: Card added to list (This Trigger fires every time a card is added to a specified list.).

• Then set up an Action for Harvest

  Choose this action: Create task in project (This Action will create a new task in the project you choose. NOTE: You must be an Admin in Harvest to do so.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Trello and Harvest.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use

  Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Track the time you spend in Trello as tasks in Harvest!
