Email Yourself Completed Tasks

First, we need to connect Toodledo and Email to IFTTT.

  Create IFTTT account.

  Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.

• 

  Connect Toodledo to IFTTT.

  Give IFTTT access to your Toodledo account, using Toodledo credentials.

• 

  Connect Email to IFTTT.

  Give IFTTT access to your Email account, using Email credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.

• 

  Set up a Trigger action for Toodledo

  Choose the following trigger: Any task completed (This Trigger fires every time any task is completed in your Toodledo list.).

• 

  Then set up an Action for Email

  Choose this action: Send me an email (This Action will send you an HTML based email. Images and links are supported.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

• 

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Toodledo and Email.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use

  Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Email Yourself Completed Tasks!
