Send Slack channel messages for new contacts sent from Tidio bots

First, we need to connect Tidio and Slack to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Tidio to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Tidio account, using Tidio credentials.

• 

  Connect Slack to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Slack account, using Slack credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Tidio

  Choose the following trigger: Contact Sent From Bot (Triggers when a contact is sent from the chosen node in your bot.).

  Then set up an Action for Slack

  Choose this action: Send Channel Message (Post a new message to a specific #channel you choose. Can also schedule a message for later.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Tidio and Slack.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
