Add new Shopify customers as Zoho Desk contacts

First, we need to connect Shopify and Zoho Desk to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Shopify to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Shopify account, using Shopify credentials.

  Connect Zoho Desk to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Zoho Desk account, using Zoho Desk credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Shopify

  Choose the following trigger: New Customer (Triggers when a new customer is added to your Shopify account.).

  Then set up an Action for Zoho Desk

  Choose this action: Create Contact (Creates a new contact.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
