Create new Xero invoices for new PayPal sales

First, we need to connect PayPal and Xero to Zapier.

  Connect Xero to Zapier.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for PayPal

  Choose the following trigger: Successful Sale (Only successfully completed payments trigger this (with line item support).).

  Then set up an Action for Xero

  Choose this action: Create Sales Invoice (Creates a new sales invoice (Accounts Receivable).).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between PayPal and Xero.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
