Part I
First, we need to connect Microsoft Excel and Zendesk Sunshine to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.
Create Make.com account if you don't have one.
Connect Microsoft Excel to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Microsoft Excel account, using Microsoft Excel credentials.
Connect Zendesk Sunshine to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Zendesk Sunshine account, using Zendesk Sunshine credentials.
Part II
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.
Set up a Trigger action for Microsoft Excel
Choose the following trigger: Watch Worksheet Rows (Triggers when a new row is added to a worksheet.).
Then set up an Action for Zendesk Sunshine
Choose this action: Create or Update a Profile (Creates or updates (overwrites!) a profile. A profile is updated (overwritten) instead of created if the submitted profile source, profile type, identifier type and identifier value match an existing profile.).
