Set up a Trigger action for JotForm
Choose the following trigger: New Submission (Triggers when a new submission has been added to a specific form.).
Then set up an Action for Airtable

Then set up another Action for Airtable
Choose this action: Update Record (Update the values of specific cells in an Airtable record.).
