Request Rev transcriptions via JotForm and log the job to Airtable

First, we need to connect JotForm, Rev and Airtable to Zapier.

  Connect JotForm to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your JotForm account, using JotForm credentials.

  Connect Rev to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Rev account, using Rev credentials.

  Connect Airtable to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Airtable account, using Airtable credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for JotForm

  Choose the following trigger: New Submission (Triggers when a new submission has been added to a specific form.).

  Then set up an Action for Rev

  Choose this action: Create Transcription Order (Place a new transcription order with Rev.).

• 

  Then set up another Action for Airtable

  Choose this action: Create Record (Creates a new record with auto-populating fields.).

• Then set up another Action for JotForm

  Choose this action: New Submission (Triggers when a new submission has been added to a specific form.).

• Then set up another Action for Airtable

  Choose this action: Create or Update Record (Updates an existing record if one exists, otherwise creates a new record.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
