Add new Interact quiz entries to Close as leads

First, we need to connect Interact and Close to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Interact to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Interact account, using Interact credentials.

• Connect Close to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Close account, using Close credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Interact

  Choose the following trigger: New Lead (Triggers when a new lead is collected from quiz.).

  Then set up an Action for Close

  Choose this action: Create Lead (Legacy) (Creates a new lead (with line items support).).

• 

  Then set up another Action for Close

  Choose this action: Create Lead (Legacy) (Creates a New Lead).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Interact and Close.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
